Yesterday, I went to 'kickboxing workout class' yo! :) So awesome! :) Even if it is not a real kickboxing, I mean the training-kickboxing like that. Apart from it, it also can be use of emergency, right? See, 2 in 1 purpose, fitness and self-defense. :)
Because I have 3 days off from Uni classes, I always like to keep myself busy. :) Besides, research and thinking of assignment, I went to workout classes, so far, I went body combat, body pump and kickboxing. :)
Oh. Life is beautiful. :) Even the instructor said, 'sometimes, you gotta push yourself in whatever things you do". :)
