My 'Original Bootcamp' story

Assalamualaikum  dan salam sejahtera :)

How is everyone doing? Have a great long weekend, everyone :)  well, in this post I'm going to share my 'Original Bootcamp' story. Basically, it is all started when my cousin came to our house for beraya, and suddenly since Day 1st of Hari Raya, our relatives-family topic was all about being healthy and losing weight etc etc. Haha. Herbalife stories, gym and fitness, marathon and bootcamp. Haha seriously, I think to each one of us who has been dreaming to losing weight and stay healthy, this year is like a 'dream come true'. Haha.

'Original Bootcamp' is like a 'mini PLKN' I called it. Since I have no experience on PLKN, it is never too late for me to experience new way of workout and at the same point, I can enjoy KL fresh air early in the morning, so happy to be with such supportive team and instructor, they are not going to 'push' you' they will motivate you and no matter how long it takes you to finish it, with the right technic and so on, you'll have to finish it. It is nice to hear those words like 'come on, izzie', 'well done, izzie, you did great'. So happy. Really.

Sometimes, you have to go for it, experience it, when you do things you like, you'll enjoy it and less complaint. Seriously, this is what I myself and I feel about it. I'm not complaining on wake up around 5-ish to get ready, to leave the house early to avoid the KL massive traffic, haha. Oh well, all of that doesn't really count, what counts is that our effort and desire to do it. :)

N
As for today's session, we ran from Padang Merbuk to Tasik Perdana, did TRX and other fitness and ran back to Padang Merbuk. That was my first time went to Tasik Perdana, eh? Haha. About 6 session to go, I will definitely miss my 'Original Bootcamp' soon. Oh dear. Never mind, my stories continue by walking, take the stairs to classes and gym session that I sign up or maybe this time, I'll jog outdoor. Hehe.

So for now, I would like to share this quote 'Do what you love, love what you do'. Follow your heart, don't follow others, because by the end of the day, it is you want to change, to stay healthy, live a positive lifestyle and so on.

Till here, Happy 55th Birthday, Malaysia ! :)) I am proud to be Malaysian, really.
