Well, honestly I'm on my mission and with the doctor/dietician consults, I want to do this mission and hopefully, to success, or at least few kilos will lost. Hee.
Breakfast (before 8am, but today I took my breakfast at 9am) hehe
3 table spoon of quaker oat, add lit bit of salt, instead of coffee creamer, I choose salt, as this is what my mom usually did. Hee.
Lunch
Water, water and lots of water and I ate 3 pieces of Jacob's biscuit
Dinner (6pm - 8pm)
Which I just had just now, once after I came home;
I ate salad, soup and papaya
My mom cooked mee hun sup, but I don't eat the mee hun, I took the soup only. :)
And, if later on I'm hungry; which I wish I don't want to get that hungry lah kan. Hee.
I'm going to drink lots and lots of water with biscuits.

Day two; different menu and different style.
Tips: No rice. No cold drinks. No carbonated drinks.
