Al kisah

Tuesday; 050410 - Maxis

The day when I went to Maxis, and it turns . . urgh! Here's the case, at first I went to pay the broadband bill, and the next thing I do is to ask about the handphone promotion that Maxis and Hotlink are having right now. So, I went to the front desk and asked and the ticket girl said that I have to wait for my turn and my turn is 133 and customer waiting is 38. Okay. It was about 1 hour or so for me to wait for my turn, and at the same time, I was having my own sweet time by go online with my gadgets and till it is my turn.. 133, I get off from where I've sat and go the counter, counter 4. The chinese lady asked me where's your nombor angka giliran? and with confident in myself, I check and double check my purse and ipod case, where I am sure I put my angka giliran in it. Then, the piece of paper went missing. and here goes the conversation:

A: Where's your angka giliran?
B: (sambil check purse and ipod case).. oo hilang lah, I letak dalam nie, and now it went missing.
A: Oh. You kena amik balik la nombor giliran.
B: I'm like what? I am pretty sure that my number is 133 and customer waiting is 38. I've waited for this long, just to wait for my turn and ask about something not more than 5 minutes?
A: Oh. Macam mana boleh hilang? Tapi, you memang kena amik nombor angka giliran balik.
B: Oh. " fuck u lah ", this is what I said to that chinese lady and walk off.

( Do I look like I care? Hello! I've waited for my turn to this long queue and you gave me this SHIT? and if you really want to go with your procedure, go ahead lah! I've waited for 1 hour just for a 5 minutes talk lah! Not for 1 minute SHIT you gave me! Hello! )

Sometimes, Malaysians can't really work like English people. They have manners and they have feelings lah, they put themselves as a customer.

I've learnt advertising and my dad always say this to me;

" Customer always right, and customer is the king, no matter what you do, customer will always win the battle ".

Macam mana kita kena marah sekalipun, customer tetap customer, and all you have to do is give the best shot to them.

They just don't LEARN! enough said.
